We specialize in commercial sales and leasing, income producing properties, 1031 tax-deferred and reverse tax-deferred exchanges, land transactions, and consulting services.
Our firm is experienced with complex environmental matters and has assisted clients with admittance into the NC Brownfields and DSCA Programs.
We have strong backgrounds in finance, which we draw on to guide our clients through a critical analysis and review of all their real estate decisions.
