Michael Waldrop
Education and Experience:
Waldrop received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. He has been involved in commercial real estate in the Triangle area and through Eastern, North Carolina since 1996. Michael currently holds Real Estate Brokers Licenses in North Carolina and South Carolina. His practice includes brokerage of investment and income producing properties throughout North Carolina and the southeast, with a strong emphasis in 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchange transactions. Michael has developed a strong practice in the brokerage of multi-family and medical/office properties, as well as, land brokerage, build-to-suits, and consulting relative to a variety of commercial real estate matters. He represents both buyers/tenants, and sellers/landlords.
